Frustration сформировались в сентябре 2002 из членов «Happy Family» Anteenagers mc, Teckels, Operation S, No Talents, Steve & Jerks, four Slicks, Les Terribles & Warum Joe. Они решили исследовать тёмную, холодную, печальную, но напряжённую сторону рок-н-ролла.
Влияние оказали такие пост-панк и колдвэйв группы, как Crisis, Joy Division /Warsaw, Killing Joke, The Fall и др.
Frustration - больше, чем современная группа, ориентированная на восьмидесятые…У группы был ряд концертов в «Nouveau Casino» с 999, в «Boule Noire» с Ausgang. А также с Volt, operation S, Adulte, Motormark, Charles de Goal, Section 25 в разных парижских клубах.
Frustration записали 12» LP из 4 песен, вышедший на Blind records в сентябре 2004, а CD, дополненный двумя запиясми живого выступления, вышел на Manic Depression records в апреле 2005.
Мини-LP «Full of sorrows» вышел на Born Bad records в феврале 2006. Этот LP включал 5 новых песен. Новый EP c 4 новыми песнями вышел в феврале 2006 на Sacramento SS records.
И наконец альбом «Relax» вышел на Born Bad records в 2008.

Influence was influenced by such post-punk and Coldwave groups as Crisis, Joy Division /Warsaw, Killing Joke, The Fall and others.
