Развлекательный комплекс построят на месте снесённого два месяца назад ресторана «Океан» возле Аксайского моста. Двухэтажное здание возведут к 2018-му. В нем расположатся гостиница, ресторан и подземная парковка. Уже весной там выроют котлован, а пока на месте будущей стройки ведутся археологические изыскания. Прежний ресторан «Океан» построили 40 лет назад на Кобяковом городище – поселении первого тысячелетия до нашей эры, но масштабных исследований перед этим не провели, - рассказала Радио Ростова научный сотрудник «Южархеологии» Вера Ларенок.
