ЮФУ легализовал парковку на Благодатной. Об этом Радио Ростова заявила ректор университета Марина Боровская. Напомним, ранее прокуратура Советского района оштрафовала вуз на более, чем миллион рублей за использование земли не по назначению. На том участке ЮФУ должен был построить жилой дом для преподавателей или студенческое общежитие. Теперь же после прокурорской проверки порядок владения территорией скорректирован, - пояснила ректор Боровская .

В том районе работают еще несколько платных стоянок. Они так же не пустуют. Причина в плотной жилой застройке в квадрате Стачки, Малиновского, 339-й дивизии. Только за последние пару лет там появились 7 многоэтажек. В узких проездах парковаться особенно негде. Жильцам новых высоток можно рассчитывать только на платные автостоянки.

SFU legalized parking on Blagodatnaya. This was announced by Radio University of Rostov University rector Marina Borovskaya.
