Вопрос: Я живу с сыном в коммунальной трехкомнатной квартире общей площадью 56,4 кв.м (с лоджией = 59,1 кв.м), жилая площадь составляет 38,0 кв.м., занимаем комнату общей площадью 17,37 кв.м (жилая – 11,7 кв. м). Нам присоединили комнату общей площадью 26,8 кв.м (жилая 17,2 кв.м). Теперь мы занимаем 44,9 кв.м (жилая -28,9 кв. м). Нас снимают с учета очередников округа. Правомерно ли это, ведь нас не обеспечили отдельным жильем? В очереди стоим 10 лет.

Question: I live with my son in a communal three-room apartment with a total area of 56.4 sq.m. (with a loggia = 59.1 sq.m.), the living area is 38.0 sq.m., we occupy a room with a total area of 17.37 sq.m. m (residential - 11.7 sq. m.). We have attached a room with a total area of 26.8 square meters (living 17.2 square meters). Now we occupy 44.9 sq. M (living area -28.9 sq. M). We are removed from the county counting. Is this legitimate, because we are not provided with separate housing? Stand in line 10 years.
