Вопрос: Мой брат тяжело болел. После 8 месяцев больничного его выписали на работу, написав в справке, что ему нельзя работать на тяжелых работах, но группу не дали. Поскольку его работа на заводе тяжелая (он фрезеровщик), брат на следующий день уволился по собственному желанию – понимал, что не сможет работать. Через неделю он опять заболел.
Можно ли, пока не истекли 2 недели, как-то аннулировать его увольнение?

Question: My brother was seriously ill. After 8 months of sick leave, he was discharged to work, writing in a certificate that he could not work hard, but the group was not given. Since his work at the plant is heavy (he is a milling machine operator), the brother left the next day of his own accord - he understood that he could not work. A week later, he fell ill again.
