Собеседования с кандидатами в волонтёры Чемпионата мира по футболу стартуют сегодня в Ростове. Они пройдут в центре добровольцев мундиаля в ДГТУ. Чтобы стать волонтёром, надо заполнить онлайн-анкету на сайте ru.fifa.com Потом кандидатов ожидают собеседования и тестирование на личностные качества. Добровольцам предстоит общаться со СМИ, помогать в медчасти и фудкорте, размещать и сопровождать гостей. Волонтёр должен быть стрессоустойчивым и ориентироваться в любой ситуации, рассказала доброволец Елена Фролова – она участвовала в организации Чемпионата по водным видам спорта в Казани.

Многомесячный курс подготовки волонтёров состоит из трёх этапов. Сначала предоставят общую информацию о Чемпионате мира и познакомят с правилами, затем направят на тренинги по выбранному направлению. Всего на мундиале в России будут работать 15 тысяч волонтёров, из них 2 тысячи – в Ростове. Добавлю, чемпионат мира стартует 14 июня 2018-го. В донской столице пройдут 4 матча группового этапа и одной восьмой финала.
