Памятник солдату-красноармейцу появится в следующем году в Кумженской роще. Монумент поставят рядом с братскими могилами и мемориалом, сообщили в областном правительстве. Идея принадлежит местным поисковикам-археологам и российскому военно-историческому обществу – они предложили её в минувшем сентябре. Изготовят скульптуру солдата в полный рост, рассказывал ранее Радио Ростова руководитель объединения «Миус-фронт» Андрей Кудряков.

Также в следующем году рядом с мемориалом «Самбекские высоты» под Таганрогом обещают заложить аллею героев. Там же через год обещают открыть народный музей, посвященный Великой Отечественной – был объявлен сбор пожертвований на его строительство. Часть экспозиций –– найденная донскими поисковиками боевую технику времён войны – выставят под открытым небом.

The monument to the Red Army soldier will appear next year in the Kumzhenskaya grove. The monument will be placed next to the mass graves and the memorial, the regional government said. The idea belongs to local search engines, archeologists and the Russian military-historical society - they proposed it last September. A full-length sculpture of a soldier will be made, Andrei Kudryakov, head of the Mius-Front association, told Radio Rostov earlier.
