Международный день борьбы с коррупцией отмечают сегодня. По данным сентябрьского исследования общественной организации «Чистые руки», Ростовская область занимает четвёртое место по количеству жалоб на взяточников. Правозащитники посчитали все звонки, поступившие к ним из нашего региона. В основном жители донского региона жаловались на судебную систему, полицию, прокуратуру и проблемы с ипотекой.
