Пожар! Пожар! Сирены воют, и красные машины мчат.
Вот дом горящий, и люди в касках, команды резкие звучат.
Что там случилось, в чём причина? Злопамятный разгул страстей?
Игра детей? Несчастный случай? А может, недосмотр властей?
И, как горящий сумасшедший, огонь бросается в окно.
Разносчиков всех происшествий, зевак внизу полным-полно.
Но вот брандспойты бьют, как пушки, стихает пламя, тает дым.
И разбегаются зеваки рассказывать о виденном другим.
А я на том пожаре не был.
Сейчас ведь многое горит.
Один знакомый говорит:
«Всё врут зеваки про пожар.
Там чья-то вспыхнула душа».

What happened there, what's the reason? The vindictive revelry of passions?
The game of children? Accident? Or maybe the authorities overshadow?
And, like a burning crazy one, the fire rushes out the window.
Differents of all incidents, onlookers below are full.
But the brandspits beat like guns, the flame subsides, smoke melts.
And the onlookers are scattered to talk about the one seen.
And I was not in that fire.

There, someone's soul flashed. ”
