Vipassana is a form of meditation that will teach you to experience the world in a completely new way. You learn for the first time what is really happening to you, around you and within you. This is a process of self-discovery, an active study in which you observe your own experiences, while at the same time taking part in them. This practice should be approached with the following attitude: “No matter what I was taught. Forget theories, prejudices and stereotypes. I want to understand the true nature of life. I want to know what it really means to live. I want to comprehend the true and deepest qualities of life, and I don’t want to just accept anyone’s explanations. I want to see everything myself. ”
