Выстукивается карандашом по столе, во время чтения. Это очень хороший метод увеличить скорость чтения.
Дело в том что когда человек читает текст он безсознательно его проговаривает и именно эта особенность чтения понижает скорость. Чтобы убрать эффект проговаривания, мозг нужно загрузить какой то задачей, к примеру выстукивания определенного ритма. В результате мозгу сложно одновременно подавать сигнал речевому апарату, подавать сигнал руке, и обрабатывать прочтенную информацию и один из процессов он просто останавливает а именно тот что меньше всего важен (проговаривание текста).
В начале такой практики будет очень сложно так как мозг будет перегружен разными задачами ему будет сложно избавится от одной из них, вы скорее всего даже не сможете вспомнить текст который читали но со временем эффект проговаривания текста будет угасать, текст будет запоминаться лучше и читаться быстрее, а на выстукивания ритма вы даже не будете обращать внимания.
