А святой Елеазар ушел на холодный остров
Он вырезал из древа крест и устроил рядо келию.
Приходили к нему бесы в обликах различных
И говорли ему: "Уходи здесь наше место"
А святой Елеазар говорил: "Не ваше место. Здесь место Христа, Господа моего Бога!"
Бесы звали в окно, стучали копытами,
Стреляли огнем, угрожали смертию
А святой Елеазар жил в труде и молитве
Вот приходит к нему Пресвятая Богородица
-Ты мужайся, ты крепись - Господь Бог с тобою!
Напиши на стене - "Христос среди нас стоит"
Дай мне Боже любви!
Дай мне Боже смирения!
А святой Елеазар,
Помолись о мне грешном..
