За последние годы позитивные перемены в этом направлении произошли в Томской областной библиотеке им.Пушкина. Также недавно в октябре 2013 года в Томске открылась новая частная библиотека «Зеленая Лампа», работающая круглосуточно. Чтобы разобраться в этом вопросе, мы пригласили в гости представителей томских библиотек.
