В программе звучат песни, написанные в период 1939-1945 годов: «Только на фронте», «22 июня», «Песня смелых», «Голубой конверт», «Два Максима», «Ночь перед боем», «Под кленами», «Уралочка» и др.
Песни военных лет отличает от любых других удивительный оптимизм, неиссякаемая вера в дружбу, в любовь,
во все лучшее, что есть в человеке, в те идеалы, за которые люди борются и идут на подвиг и на смерть.
В этой концертной программе мы хотим вспомнить те песни, которые слушали и пели солдаты во время войны. Их написано великое множество, (355), но из песен тех лет мы знаем не больше тридцати.
Вот о тех «забытых песнях» войны, певшихся и бывших востребованными в самые тяжелые годы и пойдет у нас разговор.
Это то, чего так не хватает нам, сегодняшним потомкам наших героических дедов и прадедов.
