Перед песней "Радуйся, жизнь" (концерт в Волгограде весной 1975 г.) Анна Герман дала свою интерпретацию одному из стихотворений Горация:
«Всё вокруг нас течёт, изменяется; вся наша жизнь течёт, как река к морю. Времена года меняются. Люди приходят, рождаются, и уходят, в подземное царство теней, навсегда. Но грустить из-за этого не надо. Наоборот мы должны радоваться тому, что мы не бессмертные боги, а люди, которым дана возможность прожить свою жизнь интересно, горячо, с сердцем».
