Книга "Мухтасар" ("Сокращенная") принадлежит перу выдающегося дагестанского ученого Али Хаджи ал-Гумуки (ум. в 935/1538 г.). Египетский факих, ректор университета аль-Азхар Абдуллах аш-Шаркави (ум. в 1741 г.) написал комментарий к рукописи Али Хаджи.

The lessons are devoted to explaining the principles of the belief of Ahlu-s-Sunn Val-Jama'a, the pillars of Islam, as well as such concepts as "Sunnah" and "Ihsan."
The book "Mukhtasar" ("Abbreviated") belongs to the pen of the outstanding Dagestan scholar Ali Hadji al-Gumuk (died in 935/1538). The Egyptian fakii, rector of the University of Al-Azhar Abdullah Al-Sharkavi (died in 1741) wrote a commentary on the manuscript of Ali Haji.
