Участница экскурсии: “Что может посоветовать Анастасия по поводу осознанного зачатия, беременности?”
Анастасия (дух дольмена): “Желательно вам петь песни. Хорошее пение о Любви и пусть запоют они вдвоем. Даже если вы споете одну песню о ребенке, эта энергия окутает вашу мечту о рождении дитя. Пусть эта песня прозвучит для вас двоих и для пространства, где будете зачинать. Не берите слова уже написанные. Возьмите их из своего сердца. И мотив пусть вам напоет ваше сердце. И необязательно эта песня будет большой. Даже если там будет всего четыре строчки и десять или пятнадцать слов – это не важно. Но пусть там будет любовь и ваш ребенок в этой любви.
Также желательно пить родниковую воду, желательно жить на чистом воздухе. Также ешьте яблоки, много ешьте, и мед в сотах, репу.”
