Ирмос: Глас Словесе, светильник Света,/ денница Солнца, Предтеча в пустыни,/ покайтеся всем вопиет людем и предочиститеся:/ се бо предстоит Христос,// от тли мир избавляяй.
Ирмос: Вожделеннаго явствова со всеблаженным гласом Отец,/ Егоже из чрева отрыгну:/ ей глаголет, Сей соестествен Сын/ сый светозарен,/ произниче из человеча рода:/ слово же Мое живо,// и человек промышлением.
