Silence oppresses the mind
It’s like you don’t exist, war!
And for a moment the sky is blue.
No roaring swarm of shells,
Sit down on the ground, close your eyes.
Relax on a spring day.
There were terrible rivers of fire,
Gray, gloomy faces.
Life was given, God willing, not in vain,
So that we wait for spring,

Just a rifle and an overcoat,
I wish I had a pipe in my hands now...
But the answer is only the wind.
