Лесной багрец исхудал, как палец.
Когда в облаках смеркается свет,
На нем повисает вечер. От этого
Ближе близость и дальше даль.
Но вечен и неумолчен ветер.
По темным полям, от осени бурым,
Он бегло чертит темные образы
И быстро шепчет темные слова.

The grass swayed. And all roads
