Ачйута – то кто не поддаётся воображение, кто вне смерти и рождения
Ананда – имеющий форму блаженства
Говинда – тот, кто всегда видит нас, слышит нас, заботится и поддерживает нас
Ачйута Ананда Говинда – имя бога
Намо Чарана Весаджат – любой (любое живое существо), кто вспоминает (произносит) это его имя, преклоняется перед ним
Насъянти Сакала Рога - у того болезни немедленно проходят и он получает облегчение от всех проблем
Сатьям Сатьям Бадам Мъехам - Это правда, истинная правда, так говорят Веды
Мантра обычно используется для больных или есть какие то проблемы. Надо набрать немного воды в стакан, поставить на левую ладонь и закрыть правой ладонью, держать стакан на уровне анахата чакры и произнести 12 раз мантру (не обязательно вслух), после этого выпить или дать больному.
Или если вы принимаете какое то лекарство, возьмите его в правую рук и наделите его праной прочитав 5 раз мантру, потом принимайте лекарство.
Если просто пьете воду, просто читайте про себя мантру – вода это тоже лекарство. Это даст больше энергии и здоровья.
Посвящение в мантру не требуется, но хорошо эту мантру услышать от учителя.
Эту мантру дал Дханвантари (аватара Вишну) когда дал аюрведу.
