В том же году Kettel выпускает бутлег-винил «Making Gentle Love To Famous Ladies» со своим прочтением нескольких поп-хитов – к нему под нож попадают Бьорк, Destiny’s Child и Дженифер Лопес. Таланты голландца не остались незамеченными – Mute Records сделал голландцу предложение записать ремикс на композицию Depeche Mode “Newborn”, который позже увидел свет на сингле «A Pain That I’m Used To».
