Радость моя! Когда человек приимет что-либо Божественное, то радуется в сердце, а когда дьявольское, то входит в смущение.
Сердце христианское, приняв что-либо Божественное, не требует стороннего убеждения в том, что сие от Господа, но самым тем действием убеждается, что восприятие Его есть небесное.
А дьявол хотя бы преобразился в ангела светла, или представлял мысли самые благовидные, сердце все будет чувствовать какую-то неясность, волнения в мыслях и смятение чувств.
Итак, по разнообразным действиям сердечным, человек может познать, что есть Божественное, а что дьявольское.

My joy! When a person takes anything Divine, he rejoices in the heart, and when he is diabolical, he becomes embarrassed.
The Christian heart, having received something Divine, does not require outside belief that this is from the Lord, but by that very action it is convinced that his perception is heavenly.
And the devil is at least transformed into an angel of light, or thought the most plausible, the heart will all feel some kind of ambiguity, unrest in thoughts and confusion of feelings.
So, for various actions of the heart, a person can know what is Divine, and what is diabolical.
