РАВЕЛЬ МОРИС (1875–1937), французский композитор. Родился 7 марта 1875 в Сибурне. Равель называл Болеро «оркестровым сочинением без музыки».
Вначале играют две флейты, затем кларнет, далее фагот, малый кларнет, альтовый гобой, и только во второй половине произведения появляется медный инструмент – засурдиненная труба.
