Ирмос: Услышах Господи глас Твой, егоже рекл еси,/ глас вопиющаго в пустыни,/ яко возгремел еси над водами многими,/ Твоему свидетельствуяй Сыну,/ весь быв сошедшаго Духа, возопи:// Ты еси Христос, Божия мудрость и сила.
Ирмос: Огнем очищься тайнаго зрения,/ поя пророк человеков новодейство,/ возглашает глас, Духом плещущ,/ воплощение являющ неизреченна Слова:// Имже сильных державы сотрошася.

Irmos: By fire, purify the mystery of sight, / the prophet of men appears in the news, / proclaims the voice, With the spirit of the plesch, / the incarnation is inescapable. Words: // Mighty strong powers have been gutted.
