- Регламент точно пора менять, но менять нужно не только технологии, но и содержание. Информационные технологии, конечно, нужно развивать, но то, что можно наблюдать сейчас заключается в следующем: информационные технологии развиваются не взамен бумаготворчества, а в дополнение к ним. Например, учитель должен ставить отметки не только в электронный журнал, но и в обычный. Если аттестация пойдет по этому пути, то лучше не надо. Если от бумажной работы откажутся, это хорошо, но это неглавное. Самое главное заключается в том, что действительно современная аттестация происходит на бумаге (бумажные отчеты, тесты). Но аттестация учителя должна быть в другом виде: открытый урок, открытое мероприятие для детей, плюс мнение коллег, плюс мнение родителей, а в старших классах и мнение детей. …Я считаю, что мы проверяем бумаги, а надо проверять людей. …По сравнению с советским периодом бумагооборот в школе увеличился в сотню раз. От одного директора школы я слышал грустную шутку: «Дети, уйдите из школы, не мешайте реализовывать национальный проект “Образование”». От этого нужно как можно быстрее уходить.
