Возвожу свои очи к горам.
Бог – надежда моя и защита.
Его небо – Божественный храм,
Благодать Его всюду излита.
Не воздремлет хранящий меня,
И мои не колеблются ноги.
В чистоте свое сердце храня,
Упованье мое только в Боге.
Он есть сень моя с правой руки,
Удалит Он и страх и тревогу.
Даже звезды, Его маяки,
Мне укажут к жилищу дорогу.
Солнце днем меня не поразит,
Ни луна среди сумрака ночи.
Он от зла мою душу хранит,
Постоянно на мне Его очи.
Среди гор, и лесов, и пустынь
Будеи Он охранять выхожденье,
Сон в ночи и мое пробужденье
На все дни и вовеки.

I lift up my eyes to the mountains.
God - my hope and protection .
His heaven - Divine Temple
His grace poured out everywhere .
Not vozdremlet keeps me
And my feet have not slipped .
In the purity of his heart keeping ,
My hope is in God alone .
He is the shadow of my right hand ,
It removes the fear and anxiety.
Even the stars , its lighthouse ,
I will point the way to the dwelling .
The sun shall not smite me by day ,
Nor the moon by night of dusk .
He my soul from evil stores ,
Continuing his eyes on me .
Among the mountains , and forests, and deserts
He budei preserve thy going out ,
Sleep at night and my awakening
On all days , and forever .
