Бисмил-ляяхи ррахмаани ррахиим.
Куль а’узу би рабби н-наас. Мааликин-наас. Иляяхи н-наас. Мин шариль-васваасиль-ханнаас. Аллязи йувасвису фии судуурин-наас. Миналь-джиннати ван-нас.
«Скажи: «Ищу убежища у Господа людей, царя людей, Бога людей от зла искусителя, исчезающего [при упоминании Аллаха], подвергающего искушениюсердца людей, [представляющего] джиннов или людей» (см., Св. Коран, 114).
Каждую ночь, перед сном, Пророк Мухаммад, да благословит его Аллах и приветствует, дул на ладони и потом читал последние три суры Корана (Аль-Му’аввизат) — «Аль-Ихляс», «Аль-Фаляк» и «Ан-Нас». После этого три раза протирал ладонями все тело, начиная с головыи лица.1 Как оговаривается в одном из хадисов Пророка Мухаммада, да благословит его Всевышний и приветствует, человек, проговоривший и сделавший все упомянутое, будет сохранен от всего дурного до самого утра. Также перед сном полезно читать аят «Аль-Курси».
