This is a very ancient Indian mantra, repeating which many sages of antiquity have reached the highest Realization and Enlightenment. A grain of high spirituality is stored in its spiritual vibrations, which, when germinating, gives liberation from the illusions of the material world and, in the end, blooms with the beautiful flower of Enlightenment.
It may take many years for someone to understand that “man” is only the outer garment on the body of the Spirit and that it is inherently pure Pure Consciousness, the Divine Self.
You can repeat this mantra together with a beautiful phonogram by placing it on auto-repeat or without it, to yourself or to the ear. Gradually, in the process of repetition, you can feel that you are entering into a light trance and the usual perception of the world is changing.
