Вопрос: Мой сын отучился 5 лет в ВУЗе на дневном отделении (обучение целевое, оплачивал его завод). Был заключен трехсторонний договор, согласно которому по окончании обучения мой сын должен был отработать на заводе 5 лет или возвратить заводу стоимость обучения — 60 тыс. рублей. Об этом было заключено и дополнительное соглашение.
Сын закончил обучение в 2007 году. В течение 2008 года я выплатила заводу 60 тыс. рублей, т. к. сын отказался работать на заводе из-за маленького заработка. Могу ли я рассчитывать на социальный налоговый вычет (при сборе соответствующих документов) за 2008 год? Работаю я в государственном учреждении, являюсь госслужащей.

Question: My son has been studying for 5 years in a university on a full-time basis (training is targeted, paid for his plant). A trilateral agreement was concluded, according to which, upon graduation, my son had to work at the plant for 5 years or return the cost of training to the plant - 60 thousand rubles.
