Родился в азербайджанском городе Мингичаур в 1976 г., с началом военных действий вместе с родителями переехал в Краснодарский край, в станицу Тбилисскую.
Руслан НАБИЕВ,по происхождению Бакинский армянин.Жил в Пятигорске. Он только начал набирать высоты в своей карьере,выпустил два альбома,включающих в себя армянские и азербайджанские песни.
25 января 2008 года Руслан Набиев погиб в автокатастрофе., с ним ехали 2 парня, один из них Сапар Абакаров он отделался легким испугом. Певец не дожил до дня рождения маленькой дочери Вики.Его творчество это память о нем,мы слушаем песню за песней,понимая,что одна лучше другой. Только жаль,что теперь мы о нем говорим в прошедшем времени. Он БЫЛ и ОСТАЕТСЯ одним из лучших певцов...
